- Lead a team of 9 mobile and frontend engineers, and own architecture decisions: analysing requirements with product and business stakeholders, then turning them into technical designs the team can execute.
- Built and maintain an internal design system of ~100 components on Atomic Design, with one-way dependency rules, prop-based variants, and a clear boundary between generic UI and financing-domain components; defined a token-first roadmap to consolidate an organically grown palette.
- Led the incremental migration of a React Native sales app from MVC-style code to feature-driven MVVM while the main branch kept shipping. High-risk changes were deferred deliberately as documented tech debt, then refactored once proven stable in production.
- Designed a type-safe API layer (Zodios, Zod, TanStack Query) where a single contract generates types, query hooks, and runtime validation, with token refresh queueing to prevent concurrent refresh calls. A systematic audit found 81 of 201 endpoint definitions carrying untyped path parameters.
- Driving the Flutter app migration from GetX/MVC to Bloc, MVVM, and Clean Architecture, rolled out module by module.
- Built a lightweight face-liveness library in native Swift using Google ML Kit and Apple camera frameworks, validating on device.
- Architect Next.js web applications, refactor legacy codebases, and design the CI/CD pipelines that make production releases boring.
